How do I use ScanSharp with MaximEyes?
TROUBLESHOOTINGCommon issues are as follows: The card image cannot be uploaded because it doest not exist in the right location. By using the default settings, images are created on the C: drive to be inserted into MaximEyes. There are 2 main reasons why the image may not be created in this location: 1) The user might not have the proper security settings to create an image on the C: drive. Make sure security is set properly. 2) ScanSharp may not be creating the image in the correct location. Make sure ScanSharp is set to create images on the C: drive (the default location).
