Can I use 2 scanners at the same time with your software?
Our software application is designed for front-desk as a primary means to scan only 1 piece of document at a time. We do not anticipate a demand for scanning multuple types of document at once by the front-desk person. This is usually the case where the front-desk person needs to concentrate his or her efforts on the data entry of one document rather than multiple documents.
Please contact your Account Manager or Development Team for any potentials for a solution that involves the management of and scanning through multiple scanners.
